I've tried setting the BIOS settings back to default and it still happens! I also had to change the BOOT from UEFI to Legacy because it would not detect bootable on SSD, HDD and USB thumbdrive. Well technically it wakes up, but no video is going out from the DVI port. Your monitor have it's own inactivity mode that might need adjusting?
